About us |
Thampirak School is a Catholic
private school, established in 1970 by Mr.Sa-ard Thampirak
and his wife Mrs.Ratchanee Thampirak. Mr.Sa-ard had worked
as a former teacher at St.Gabriels College for over 20
years before he founded the school. In 1970, at the
beginning, we provided only kindergarten education, then
extended to Primary 1-6 in 1985, when it was relocated to
the present site.
Thampirak Theves Kindergarten was founded in
1973, due to the great demand of students. The school
provides only early years education until now.
Today, both schools are run by the same
administration with teachers and students ratio 1:10.
Committed to quality education towards academic excellence,
the school was accredited 3 rounds (2001, 2006, 2011) with

Extra English Program (Kindergarten Primary 4-6)
The Extra English Program focuses on teaching English 4 skills, making 50% of other subjects. Children acquaint the Language with correct way of using English by native speaking teachers. K.1 children learn 5 hours/week and other level from K.2 primary 6 learn 10 hours/week.
Chinese Mandarin is taught by native Chinese teacher through games, songs, rhymes, and daily conversation. This extra language will help children to explore third language which is a well-recognized subject in primary-secondary school nowadays.
Other areas of learning are based on teaching techniques and international teaching material, the same as the standard program.
New Primary Tri Genius Program
Over and above the B.E.2551 Standard Curriculum, Thampirak School is offering
a program named TRI-GENIUS Program, focusing on academic excellence in English, Science and Mathematics. More hours are allotted to these subjects. English is taught mainly by native English speaking teachers. An hour of Mandarin Chinese is also added to the curriculum. We believe this program serves well the need to become ASEAN Community.
